shiny laminate floors or not?
we are going to be buying laminate floors, we have 2 favorites, they are very close in color only difference is that one is shiny and one is not…. what are pros and cons for shinny floors and non shinny, which ones are easier to care for and which ones are easier to scratch (want to avoid that =)
We’ve never had hard floors so any tips or care and what to look for. I know that we are doing laminate , not hardwood….
When kept clean the shiny floors look the best , but for over all practicality, the satin and matte flooring is better.
As you ve seen from others, the shiny flooring ( no matter what you get from tile to woods of any type) will show dust , dirt smudges and scratches .
Some unsolicited advice on laminate, don t go cheap, get one with some quality.
