Laminate Flooring Walnut


Is is ok to house Leopard Geckos on ceramic tile or some other laminate flooring?

I currently have my two adults on walnut lizard litter. The place I got them from they were sitting on sand and it terrified me! I read it was ok to but them on lizard litter instead. But now I have a baby from the that is a month or so old, I had her on the lizard litter for a short time then put her onto paper towels. I was afraid she was loosing her urge to eat, and getting impacted. I was looking at just investing a little bit of money on laminate flooring or ceramic tiles to drop into the bottom of their tanks right now.
Any suggestions??

I personally use paper towel for my geckos because it’s easy for me to clean and it’s cheap. I’d say the tiles would be a bit uncomfortable and colder for them.
