I need to redo the floors in my condo and am trying to decide if I can get away with laminate?

I am not wild about laminate flooring but I am not that careful with floors, and I have a small one bedroom, 750 square feet that I feel has topped off in resale already. So?

Yes you can. Laminate is actually a good selling point in condos. It doesn’t quite equal hardwood floors, but many condos are built with concrete subfloors, which are a bear to cover with hardwood. Hope this helps.
