Skins for Cellphones??

Hi guys…Does any of you know where I can buy custom skins for cellphones?/(infact..custom skins can be used anywhere cellphones,laptops,computers,…)
Custom skin looks like a square piece of laminated paper…(like a removable tattoo)..you just put it on to the phone case and peel off the plastic that holds the skin..It usually stays around for 6 ot 7 months…I wanted to buy the whole kit for the skins..(the skin tattos coming in all sizes and many kinds of pictures..anyone wknows where to buy them???Ive tried ebay and amazon..nothing there…
I am thinking of buying this wholesale..not prepaid…I’d rather just have the sheets of vinyl skins in different sizes with different pictures…Not the custom made skin for a particular item…
