Laminate Trim
Laminate Flooring — Is there any reason that my final row cannot be less than 2in. even if under a baseboard?
I am installing laminate flooring in my basement. I did not measure correctly and my final row is going to be about 1.5 in wide. The manufacture says not less than 2 in. Why 2 in.? The last row will never be walked on since it will mostly be under the trim.
THATS ONLY THERE SO ONE DOES’NT HAVE BREAKAGE DUE TO WEIGHT OF SAY, A TABLE OR SIMULAR OBJECTS THAT MIGHT CAUSE STRAIN ON THAT PART OF THE FLOOR. YOU WILL BE FINE WITH 1.5″ .
