how can i effectively paint over pressboard/pressboard paper/laminate?
i know it can be done but what techniques, tools, and kind/brand of paint should i use?
You’ll need to prime it. Use a “premium” primer like Kilz Premium, Behr Enamel Undercoater, or Glidden’s Gripper. Zinnsser Bull’s Eye shellac or shellac primer would be ideal do to quick dry times.
