Wood Laminate Cleaner


What are the best products to clean and polish wood laminate floors?

We have a Mohawk wood laminate floor and the only cleaning product that cleans it and makes it look new is pure ammonia. Commercial products don’t seem to work even those from wood floor providers or Home Depot. Once clean, it would be nice to have a polish that works too.

Try 1 cup white vinegar to 1 cut warm water, and wipe with a soft cloth. Don’t try to polish laminate floors with waxes or polishes, or they will leave a dull residue. Don’t ever use products like Mop-n-Glo and don’t ever use a steam cleaner or you will ruin your floor.
